Registration

To qualify for the full-time student registration-fee, the registration form and a copy of a valid Student ID Card must be sent to the CCGrid2002 Office.

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made before the 10th of April will be refunded completely. Cancellations made after the 10th of April and before the 7th of May will be refunded with a deduct of 130 EURO to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person. The conference organizer must be advised in writing of the transfer, at least 48 hours prior to the conference.

To qualify for advance registration discounts, registration form and payment must be received by the April 19 deadline. Registrations received after the deadline will be charged at the late/on-site registration rate.

Confirmation of registration will be sent by mail to all participants.

A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for all participants.

Participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the conference may write to the CCGrid2002 Office specifying the necessary details in order to receive the required letter of invitation. Please note that this is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not include any financial support from the conference organizers.
